Wrist Holds

Swing & Chop with hand. Note: Show Chop to Osotogari. |

Place your hand on opponents fingers and wrist lock. |
TWO HAND PARALLEL GRIP

- Smash opponents knuckles together.
- Yank your arms & use forehead against opponents face.
- Kick groin & apply front arm lock.

Arm Locks
|
| FRONT ARM LOCK |
Grab opponents wrist turn 180 degree with your body & lock his arm under your arm
pit. Note: be sure to bring your elbow over his arm to apply this lock. Remember the 90
degree angle of his arm. |
| SIDE ARM LOCK |
Place your wrist against his & grab his elbow at the same time and apply lock.
Check your feet at this time. |
| ARM COIL FROM FRONT |
When opponent strikes, block his blow with your forearm & grab his elbow, then
pull & push to apply arm lock. |
Choke Attacks

| When opponent chokes from front |
| TWO HAND CHOKE |
- Swing and chop or jab finger into throat.
- Jab stomach, wedge upward, strike nose & knee to groin.
- Kick groin and arm lock.

| ONE HAND CHOKE |
- Front arm lock.
- Swing and chop.
- Major outer reap throw (Osotogari).
|
| TWO HAND CHOKE (arms bent) |
- Major outer reap throw (Osotogari).
- Hip throw.
- Circle throw (Tomoe nage).

| TWO HAND CHOKE (against wall) |
- Push opponents elbow in and away from you.
- Use nerve behind collar bone.

| ONE ARM CHOKE |
Use elbow to jab solar plexes. |
Kicking Techniques
|
| STRAIGHT FORWARD |
Groin, Solar plexes & Head. |
| FORWARD CURVE |
Pivot on one foot & kick to groin. |
| OBLIQUE & SIDE KICK |
Break leg at knee joint from front. |
| BACKWARD KICK |
For groin kick. |
| When opponent KICKS YOU |
Grab his leg & kick him back or push his leg back and throw. |
Shaking Hand Techniques
|
| When opponent squeezes you hard |
- Use knuckles & hit the back of his hand.
- Pressure against thumb joint.
- Twisting opponents thumb backward.
- Bending opponents thumb.
- Arm lock or reverse fingers.
